Healthcare platform
I built a pharmacy platform that never makes a claim about a drug.
Peaceway Online is a Lagos pharmacy. I built and delivered the platform at no fee, so that there would be a working healthcare build I could show to other pharmacies, clinics and laboratories. It is live at peacewayonline.com.
The problem
Buying medicine in Lagos means guessing. Guessing whether the advice is real, whether the product is genuine, and whether the trip across town is worth it.
A pharmacy can fix all three. Most have no way to show it online.

The homepage leads with the customer's actual fear, not with a product.
What I built
Three doors, not one. Customers, staff and suppliers each get their own entry point. A wholesaler and a patient should never see the same screen.

Three role-segregated portals: customer, staff, partner.
A request flow that admits reality. You tell it the medicine, strength and how soon you need it. Today, within 24 hours, this week, or just checking. It replies that someone will confirm stock and call you back, because that is what actually happens.

Urgency tiers and a stated stock-and-callback model, not a blind checkout.
Ordering inside Telegram. Search the inventory, pick an item, give delivery details, confirm. I walked a real order through it end to end.

An order walked end to end through the live bot, search to confirmation. N1,055 total, itemised before anything irreversible.
A reason to come back. Medication reminders. Customers track daily doses, which brings them to the platform on days they are not buying anything.

A retention mechanic that works without purchase intent.
The part most people miss
Nigerian pharmacy advertising is regulated, and those rules shape what a health brand is allowed to publish.
So the system never makes a claim about a drug. Search the inventory and restricted items show ask pharmacist where the price would be. The customer gets routed to a qualified human instead of a blind checkout.

Restricted items route to a pharmacist instead of showing a price.
Every promise on the site is about the business. Genuine supply, pharmacist access, delivery across Lagos. Not one of them is a claim about what a medicine does, because that claim belongs to the regulator and to the pharmacist, never to the marketing.
Designing it that way from the start is cheaper than being told to take it down later.
Why this matters to you
If you sell health products in Nigeria, your marketing problem and your compliance problem are the same problem. Most people find that out after they have already spent the money.
I build this for pharmacies, clinics, labs and diagnostic centres.
